Udaan, committed to contributing to the health and hygiene of the community, has been at the forefront of organizing yoga camps at various locations throughout Uganda.

Our programs focus on mental wellness, stress reduction, and building community connections through shared practice and mindfulness activities.

Our young girls and boys are born with immense physical prowess and skills to excel in sports, but lack of basic facilities aggravated by economic challenges deprives them of achieving their full potential.

We successfully organized a football tournament for both men and women with 18+ teams participating, vying for top honors. The tournament was graced by H.E. High Commissioner of India to Uganda Upender Singh Rawat and Hon. Kabanda, Minister of Kampala Metropolitan Affairs.
